2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 85xo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. 3.1 KYC Requirements. 85xo is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
3.2 Verification Timeline. 5.4 One Bonus Per Household. 6.2 Malfunctions & Technical Errors. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 85xo's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Player Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 By 85xo. 85xo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached this Agreement; (b) the Player Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Player has provided false information; or (d) regulatory obligations require action.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting 85xo customer support via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform is revoked, all Bonus Funds are forfeited, and any outstanding Rewards Points are cancelled. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 85xo holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Malaysian law.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body.
13.3 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
85xo reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the 85xo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
