• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your Player Account relationship with 85xo plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification, or such longer period as may be required by applicable regulatory obligations.
